3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Prices and offers may change without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier delays. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
• You notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence at admin@lifthar.in.

After verification, we may issue a replacement or refund. Requests made after 3 days or without sufficient proof may be rejected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lifthar Masala name and logo are the property of Lifthar Masala. Please do not use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

• Do not misuse our website or interfere with its functionality.
• Do not post false or defamatory content.
• Do not use bots or automated tools to scrape data.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
