Return & Refund Policy

1) Overview
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we sell food products, returns are limited for safety reasons. Please read this policy carefully.
2) Eligibility & Window
- You must raise a request within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- the item arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, or
- there is a quality issue within shelf-life.
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns for food items.
3) Not Eligible (Food Safety)
We cannot accept returns if the product is opened, used, tampered, without original seal/labels, or if it shows signs of improper storage, temperature abuse, or past best-before. Free gifts, samples, and gift cards are non-returnable.
4) How to Raise a Return/Replacement
Within 3 days of delivery, contact us with your order ID, photos/video (outer box, shipping label, product, issue close-up), and a short description:

If approved, we’ll issue instructions (and a Return ID if needed). Keep items in original packaging until pickup.
5) Return Shipping & Pickups
- If it’s our error (damage/leakage/defective/wrong item), we arrange pickup or reimburse standard courier charges.
- If pickup isn’t available at your PIN code, we’ll ask you to ship back via a standard trackable service and we’ll reimburse once received and verified.
- Change-of-mind requests are not eligible for return shipping or refunds.
6) Resolution Options
After quality check, we will:
- Replace the item (preferred for stock available), or
- Refund to the original payment method if replacement isn’t possible.
7) Refund Timelines
- Verification after we receive the return: 2–3 business days.
- Refund initiation: within 1–2 business days after approval.
- Bank/UPI/issuer credit time: 3–7 business days (varies by bank/issuer).
- COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll need to share details).

9) Damaged on Arrival Tip
For faster resolution, try to record a short unboxing video when opening the parcel, especially if the outer box looks damaged.
